With support of the government of Bangladesh and the government of Norway, International Labor Organization (ILO) launched a bangle language radio programmed named "Amar Shrom, Amar Odhikar " (My Labor , My Rights) which was broadcasted by Bangladeshis radio station RADIO TODAY (89.6) every Friday at 17.00hrs slot . 16 episodes will be held during this show and each show will be held every Friday in a week. The first show was held on the topic of “festival pay and bonuses”.
In the launching ceremony day at Pan Pacific Sonargao hotel Hasanul Haq Inu, Minister of Information ,State Minister for Labor and Employment Md. Mujibul Haque and ILO Bangladesh Country Director Srinivas B Reddy was present there . The importance of this program, they said
Hasanul Haq Inu, Minister of Information said,
“This show will hear many of the workers around the country and all of the important issues will be discussed and in which its workers, will be able to learn about the importance and right.”
State Minister for Labor and Employment Md. Mujibul Haque said,
“I must congratulate and thank you for such a program, where workers will learn about the importance of peace and their rights, and labor with his supervisors and managers, union members would like to encourage programmers who know about their responsibilities and fulfill the appropriate.”

And with this discussion listeners will understand the about the workplace and their opportunity and pay and bonuses and this will help the workers to select better sector as their profession which fulfill their daily need.
