Day by day Bangladesh RMG exporters are making new export market of RMG. Our honorable prime minister Sheikh Hasina is always asking to RMG exporters for trying to find out new RMG export market beside traditional market the US, EU. By keeping this view exporters are doing aggressive marketing. As a a result RMG exports to new destination are increasing. SO Exports of RMG to these new market is on up-ward curve when shipments on traditional market have been on a downward curve.

These good news of getting new export market of RMG we have found because of government stimulate package, marketing of exporters aggressively, and also for relaxation of the “rules of origin” (rules of origin means the criteria that are used to define where a product was made) by some countries.
The new major destinations of exporting of RMG are:
- Australia
- Brazil
- Chile
- Mexico
- Russia
- South Africa
- Turkey etc.
Keeping the view of extending new RMG export destination market Government is 2% cash incentive which is also giving positive effort to the exporters.
Vice-president of Bangladesh Garments Manufacturer and Exporters Association (BGMEA) Reaz-Bin-Mahmudn said, “Exporters were efficient in exploring new markets. As a result, exports to south American countries such as Brazil, Mexico and Chile are growing at a faster rate.”
