12th Dhaka Int'l Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition
The 12th Dhaka International Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition will be held from February 4-7, 2015 at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in Dhaka. A four-day international fair of leading brands in textiles and garment technology, machinery and parts will begin in the capital. It is one of the Asia’s biggest Textile and garment machinery Exhibition. Bangladesh Textile Mills Association, Chan Chao Int'l Company Ltd and Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service Company will organize the annual fair.

Textile and clothing industry has been playing the most dominant and expanding role in the Bangladesh economy. World-wide textile and RMG players are increasingly taking interest in Bangladesh in their investment planning, which shows a clear sign of tremendous potential of the country’s clothing industry due to big domestic and overseas market.
The 12th Dhaka Int’l Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibition will offer an ideal platform to demonstrate new products and technologies, as well as meet with manufacturers, traders and buyers, and exploit business opportunities.
The purpose of the fair is to introduce the latest machines and technologies to enterprises operating in the textile and garment industry, in order to acquaint them with the latest trends in manufacturing of textiles and garments.
The event will display machinery for spinning preparation, spinning, machinery for winding, texturing, twisting, bonding and finishing of non-woven and felting, weaving preparatory machinery, knitting and hosiery machinery, textile printing machinery, dyeing machinery, braiding and embroidery machinery, machinery and accessories for the making-up industry, handling, storing and packing equipment, equipment for recycling, dyes & chemicals, waste reduction and pollution prevention.
DTG will also the biggest opportunity for the students of the Textile Engineering. They also will introduce the latest Textile and garment technology as well as machinery.
DTG will not only provide the opportunity for an excellent gathering of the international suppliers and buyers to expand business to global markets, but also brought in foreign investment and provide diverse and driving force to production and economic growth of Bangladesh.
The successful event has become a definite hub for textile and garment related industries in South Asia every year.
Note that, the last DTG was held in 2014 with 850 exhibiting companies taking up more than 1020 booths showcasing state of the art machineries and technologies, attracting more than 30,089 international and local visitors. 1050 booths were filled up with world’s leading brands from 31 countries including, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, U.K, and U.S.A.
